Roewe introduces its first special edition 750

Italicised script harks back to the 1970s...
ROEWE's slow-selling 750 range has received its first (and, hopefully,
only) fillip with the launch of the Master special edition. This new version
does not take its name from the popular Renault van and can hardly be said to
reflect the car's status in the Chinese market but the use of the Master tag
was prompted by SAIC Motor/Roewe’s sponsorship of the Shanghai Masters
snooker tournament.
Based on the top-of-the-range 2.5-litre V6 750i, visual changes
are limited to C-post Master badging (above) and tasteful (ahem) embroidering
of the front seat headrests. The car's lucky owners will receive SAIC's highest
after sales service package (the Premiere Experience) at no extra cost –
a deal which includes discounted servicing and dealer collection with free valeting
and delivery.
Production will be limited to 300 units and the price has yet to
be announced.
